Shipping Policy

1. Purpose

This Shipping Policy (“Policy”) outlines the shipping terms applicable to all product orders placed through www.circuitcityhub.com, operated by JINHONG TRADE PTE. LTD. (“Bazaqo”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

2. Free Shipping

• 2.1. offers free economy shipping on all eligible orders, subject to courier serviceability.
• 2.2. No minimum purchase is required for free shipping unless otherwise stated in promotional terms.

3. Order Processing

• 3.1. All confirmed orders are packed and prepared for dispatch within forty-eight (48) hours, excluding weekends and recognized public holidays in Asia.
• 3.2. Customers will receive an email notification upon successful dispatch of their order.
• 3.3. Any delays due to high order volumes or holiday closures will be communicated via email where possible.

4. Delivery Timelines

• 4.1. The standard estimated delivery window is seven (7) to fourteen (14) working days from the dispatch date.
• 4.2. Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in the origin or destination country.
• 4.3. Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.

5. Expedited Shipping

• 5.1. Express delivery services may be available at checkout for an additional fee.
• 5.2. is not responsible for delays attributable to the third-party courier once the package has been handed over.

6. Tracking & Notifications

• 6.1. A tracking number will be provided via email upon dispatch.
• 6.2. Tracking information may take up to forty-eight (48) hours to become active.
• 6.3. Customers may track shipments directly through the courier or via https://www.17track.net/en.

7. Customs, Duties & Taxes

• 7.1. International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures and import duties.
• 7.2. These fees are not included in your purchase and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
• 7.3. will not reimburse any duties or taxes paid to customs.

8. Failed Deliveries & Returns

• 8.1. If delivery fails due to incorrect address, refusal to pay duties, or recipient unavailability, the item may be returned to Bazaqo.
• 8.2. In such cases:
  • a. Re-delivery may incur additional fees payable by the customer; and
  • b. Orders not claimed within seven (7) business days of our email notification may be cancelled.

9. Damaged or Missing Items

• 9.1. Customers must inspect their package upon delivery.
• 9.2. Claims for damaged or missing items must be submitted within seven (7) calendar days of delivery to support@circuitcityhub.com.
• 9.3. Please include the order number, description of the issue, and supporting photos.
• 9.4. Upon validation, we may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit.
